ICE! will be held from November 9 to January 1 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. Make sure to bring the kids so they can enjoy the snow-tubing hill, carousel, holiday-themed escape room, and ice-skating rink. The exhibit, made with two million pounds of ice, is filled with ice sculptures of beloved characters and holiday scenes. Now in its 15th year, the ICE! exhibit is part of the Gaylord Texan hotel’s Lone Star Christmas. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer comes to life in a 14,000 square-foot arena filled with hand-carved ice. Tickets are $15 a person online or at the door or $12 for participating Collin County Tom Thumb locations.
The ‘Neath the Wreath Holiday Gift Market will be held from November 8 to 11, 9 a.m. Over 13,000 shoppers will be shopping for children’s items, jewelry, clothing, home décor and more. With over 100 vendors in five days, you’ll be hard-pressed to take in everything going on at the market. The 23rd annual ‘Neath the Wreath Holiday Gift Market at the Plano Event Center is a must-do for holiday shoppers.
